We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation (Marketing), you’ll be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads and support our strategic sales initiatives.

As BDR, you’ll have the chance to:

Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage inbound and outbound leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, social media) to build a strong sales pipeline and achieve a minimum of 20 qualified calls per month.

Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to assess prospect needs and ensure alignment with sales criteria, supporting pipeline goals and revenue growth.

Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM, ensuring data integrity and optimizing conversion rates through timely follow-ups.

Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to provide feedback, enhance allbound strategies, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Research & Prospecting: Identify potential leads and key decision-makers within target accounts using various methods, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach, to generate interest and secure meetings. Have the ability to be creative and resourceful to generate your own sequences in addition to the resources marketing, sales and product provides.

Event Participation: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and expand market presence in the private sector.

Performance Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets while supporting the sales cycle from initial contact through to close.
