Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales processes and strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Drive consistency in process execution and data governance to ensure accurate and reliable data.
  • Manage deal desk and provide deal structure support for the region, collaborating with sales teams on pricing and contract terms.
  • Manage territory assignments and ensure optimal coverage and alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics to provide insights and drive decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to the Americas leadership team by delivering insightful reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.

Expected base salary of $120K- $160K. This is a good faith estimate but does not include equity, bonus, commissions, or other forms of compensation. Pay will be by experience level, but those outside of the salary band are welcome to apply.
