Responsibilities

As a Technical Training Developer, Your impact will be:

  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments, to effectively teach technical concepts.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring that all participants gain a deep understanding of the subject matter.
  • Adapt training programs to meet the needs of various audiences, including employees at different skill levels and clients with specific requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in Industrial and Healthcare cybersecurity to continuously improve training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 2+ years of experience working in L&D, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of :
  1. E-learning developer tools (Storyline, Rise).
  2. Learning Management System operation & management.
  3. Networking (CCNA or equivalent) and UNIX system basic operation (CentOS) knowledge is an advantage.
  4. Basic familiarity with CSS/HTML is a plus.
  • Previous experience designing and delivering technical training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and understandably.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with trainees and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cyber Security background is an asset.
  • Basic familiarity with process control systems will be a plus.
