We’re growing and looking to hire a Technical Training Developer who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, striving for Excellence, and Integrity. In this role, you will develop and deliver training programs to equip our clients with technical skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical content development and delivery background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.

As a Technical Training Developer, Your impact will be:

  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments, to effectively teach technical concepts.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring that all participants gain a deep understanding of the subject matter.
  • Adapt training programs to meet the needs of various audiences, including employees at different skill levels and clients with specific requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in Industrial and Healthcare cybersecurity to continuously improve training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to identify training needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed.


What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • 2+ years of experience working in L&D, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of :
  1. E-learning developer tools (Storyline, Rise).
  2. Learning Management System operation & management.
  3. Networking (CCNA or equivalent) and UNIX system basic operation (CentOS) knowledge is an advantage.
  4. Basic familiarity with CSS/HTML is a plus.
  • Previous experience designing and delivering technical training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and understandably.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with trainees and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cyber Security background is an asset.
  • Basic familiarity with process control systems will be a plus.
