We are looking for an energetic and service-oriented person, someone who is passionate about working with people and with a lively personality. As a receptionist you will manage the front desk and provide administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Greet, assist and direct interviewers, visitors and employees
  • Manage first-line soft services to the site, full responsibility of managing the reception area and meeting rooms, managing our cleaning services, Coffee & food services, office maintenance
  • Provide general admin support to the office
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies
  • Manage food and kitchen facilities – provide direction to housekeepers.
  • Assist with company welfare activities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position (Reception Services)
  • Solid communication skills both in Hebrew/English (written and verbal)
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service attitude
  • People person, Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to multitask and Highly organized
  • Available for a full-time position 9:00-18:00
