The role is available for candidates based in Gujarat Area.
*** This is a temporary project role with a limited employment contract for three (3) months. This position requires availability for working in shifts (8-hour shifts, including nights) from Thursday to Monday. Tuesday – Wednesday will be days off ***

Responsibilities
As an NOC Engineer, Your impact will be:
Network Monitoring and Maintenance:
- Monitor Claroty's platform using various tools and systems to identify and resolve issues
- Ensure network devices and systems are running optimally
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on network equipment
Incident Management:
- Respond to alerts and incidents promptly, following established playbooks
- Diagnosed and troubleshot problems, escalating issues to higher-level support when necessary
- Document incidents, actions taken, and resolutions in a ticketing system
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures
- Generate regular reports on performance, incidents, and maintenance activities
- Provide detailed documentation for troubleshooting guides and knowledge bases
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Technical Support engineers, DevOps engineers, and RnD to resolve issues and improve the platform
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding status, incidents, and resolutions
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on network operations and improvements
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with the latest network technologies, trends, and best practices
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to the development and improvement of NOC processes and procedures
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science or similar
- 1-3 years of experience as an NOC engineer
- Experience with network monitoring tools and systems (e.g. Coralogix)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment
