Backed by 70 patents, our technology automates quantum programming and turns functional intent into executable quantum circuits. Our core compiler technology scales quantum algorithms from concept to implementation, making quantum software development faster and more practical.
About the role:
As the Quantum Applications Team Lead you will manage a team of highly talented Quantum Application Engineers working closely with our enterprise customers to help them design, build, and scale real-world quantum applications. This role combines people leadership, project oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure that enterprise delivery projects - from onboarding to joint innovation initiatives - are executed successfully and efficiently.
A key part of your mission will be to standardize and scale our delivery methods and toolsets, ensuring the team can handle increasing demand without compromising on customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Quantum Applications Team, building skills and processes to deliver at scale.
- Drive standardization and scalability.
- Oversee delivery projects such as onboarding, POCs, research collaborations, integrations, and architecture implementations.
- Create and maintain an updated portfolio status (active accounts, risks, capacity, and outcomes).
- Proactively track project health and resolve risks before they escalate.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to align technical delivery with business outcomes, renewals, and expansions.
- Support our regional quantum applications teams with the methodologies, practices, and toolsets to succeed.
- Foster a culture focused at transparency, success-driven, and collaboration.
Requirements
- MSc+ in physics, computer science, or a related field to quantum information science.
- Passion to dive deeply into quantum algorithms and applications. Experience in quantum computing is an advantage.
- 5+ years experience in technical delivery or customer-facing engineering roles, with at least 2 years as a team lead in a professional services team.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Native-level English fluency - spoken and written.
