Description
A detail‑oriented in‑house designer to extend and protect our brand across every touchpoint. You will create clear, consistent, and engaging visual assets for social, web, print, conferences, campaigns, and day‑to‑day collateral. You’ll also partner with the product team to ensure our product and technical communications feel unified and on‑brand.
How we’ll work together
- You’ll report to Marketing and partner closely with Product Design and Product Marketing.
- You’ll help maintain shared brand and product libraries, provide guidance to internal stakeholders, and run lightweight reviews to keep assets consistent across touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Guard and evolve the brand. Maintain visual consistency, enforce guidelines, and expand our design system across internal and external use cases.
- Create multi‑channel assets. Design for social (static and motion), website pages and modules, ads, emails, whitepapers/eBooks, one‑pagers, case studies, and presentation templates.
- Conference design. Produce end‑to‑end event materials: booth graphics, signage, screen loops, handouts, giveaways, and on‑site wayfinding assets; prepare print‑ready files and manage vendors.
- Campaign creative. Translate briefs into concept boards, key visuals, and asset kits for integrated campaigns; adapt for channels and formats.
- Infographics & data visuals. Turn complex technical topics into clear diagrams and visuals that are easy to understand and reuse.
- Everyday touch‑ups. Rapidly polish presentations and collateral used with customers, partners, and press.
- Product collaboration. Work with Product Design/Engineering to support UI, iconography, and illustrations with marketing guidelines; contribute components to shared libraries.
- Motion & video. Produce lightweight animations for social and product GIFs; edit short videos (explainers, event recaps, product highlights) with on‑brand motion language.
- Quality control. Preflight and proof files (color modes, bleeds, dielines, accessibility contrast, export specs) and maintain an organized asset library.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional design experience in a fast‑paced business environment (agency or in‑house).
- Tooling proficiency: Figma,Adobe, Canva, PowerPoint. Ability to independently create images, animations, and edit video.
- Strong skills in layout, typography, hierarchy, and responsive design; fluency in common formats and specs across web, social, print, and large format.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify and clarify complex concepts through visuals while keeping work visually appealing and on‑brand.
- Experience preparing print‑ready assets and collaborating with printers and event vendors.
- Excellent file hygiene and version control; comfort working from briefs and delivering on deadline with multiple stakeholders.
- Portfolio that shows multi‑channel brand work, motion/video samples, and at least one data/infographic example.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with web and accessibility basics (responsive behavior, alt text, color contrast).
- Comfort working with technical subject matter (e.g., translating engineering content into visuals).
- Familiarity with ai tools and ability to create time saving and scalable solutions
