About the Role:

The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Classiq leads the company’s global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and oversees the full Customer Journey. This includes responsibility for: Sales, Marketing, Partnerships & Channels, Global Offices across APJ, EMEA, and the Americas, Technical SMEs, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and more. To support this diverse, fast-moving leader and organization, we are seeking a trustworthy, driven, and multidisciplinary Chief of Staff (COS) to serve the right hand to the CRO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments and can seamlessly shift between hands-on operational tasks and strategic execution. This role is not suitable for a 9-5 personality as it requires high level of responsivness. While the COS will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and global teams, this position also requires deep attention to detail, organizational excellence, and the ability to execute every task, every time, every day

Responsibilities

• Manage the CRO’s daily schedule, meetings, internal teams and external customer and partner cadences and travel logistics.

• Track and manage cross-functional work plans, priorities, and strategic projects that require CRO oversight.

• Drive and support internal and external strategic processes across the GTM organization and also between the GTM and other groups.

• Prepare, manage, and follow up on action items from key meetings; help oversee initiatives such as Enablement, ROE, R&R, forecasting, Customer Preparedness and much more.

• Coordinate internal and external communications, relationships, and initiatives involving the CRO, per directives.

• Handle contracts, documentation, and sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

• Partner closely, empathically but systematically with teams across GTM, HR, Product, R&D, Finance, Admin to align and execute strategic initiatives.

• Lead the execution of ongoing programs, respond to dynamic priorities, and prepate and own Board materials

• Provide comprehensive business and operational support to the CRO, including personal assistance as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role combining administrative and strategic support, preferably in deep tech or high-growth environments

• Experience working closely with executives and exposure to customer- or partner-facing roles

• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in KPIs, Sales, Marketing, and business operations -an advantage

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills -intuitive, open-minded, personable, and naturally collaborative

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive under pressure

• High level of discretion, integrity, and proactive ownership

• Fluent English -both written and spoken, with the ability to prepare professional communications and materials

• Tech-savvy, with strong proficiency in Excel, PPT and experience working with tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and Monday etc.
