We are seeking a Tokyo-based Field Marketing Manager to ignite regional demand, energize pipeline creation, and amplify Classiq’s presence across the most exciting frontier in modern computing. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and ecosystem engagement, supporting revenue growth through impactful in-person and digital programs. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll shape how we show up in the field,events, workshops, roadshows, partner programs, and localized campaigns,ensuring our go-to-market efforts are aligned, measurable, and effective.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing programs that support APAC pipeline goals.
- Partner closely with regional GTM members to align events, activities, and campaigns with territory priorities.
- Own logistics and onsite execution for regional events, trade shows, and hosted activations.
- Develop tailored ABM-style programs for strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with Product & Marketing to bring new messaging, demos, and content into the field.
- Establish and manage relationships with ecosystem partners, venues, and vendors.
- Track, measure, and report ROI for all field programs.
- Manage localized budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
You will collaborate closely with Sales leaders in each APAC region, the Managing Director, APAC, and Quantum Application Engineers to promote Classiq’s brand and values throughout the region’s quantum ecosystem. While this position is primarily office-based, we offer flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home time to time.
What Will Your Day Look Like?
- Engage with Prospects & Partners – Build and maintain relationships with prospects, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders across APAC to drive awareness and interest in Classiq’s platform.
- Generate Qualified Leads – Work with the APAC sales teams to identify opportunities, qualify leads into SQLs, and hand them over to Sales for conversion to paying customers.
- Plan & Execute Marketing Initiatives – Identify, coordinate, and participate in strategic marketing events, conferences, and webinars relevant to the quantum computing industry.
- Be the Technical Evangelist – Deliver impactful presentations, demos, and technical explanations to showcase Classiq’s value proposition and quantum application capabilities.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Commercial Directors, Sales Directors, and Quantum Application Engineers to align campaigns, messaging, and technical content with business goals.
- Monitor & Report Impact – Track lead generation, event ROI, and contribution to sales pipeline; regularly share insights and recommendations to optimize activities.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve – Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the quantum computing ecosystem.
Requirements
- 7+ years of field marketing experience in B2B enterprise software or deep tech.
- Strong understanding of GTM motions in emerging technology markets.
- Experience supporting enterprise sales teams, ideally in technical or scientific domains.
- Skilled in event execution, demand generation, and account-based marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing analytics.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English; additional APAC languages a plus.
