We are looking for an experienced Grants & Tenders Researcher to lead the identification, analysis, and submission of public funding opportunities and tenders in Israel and Europe, including EU programs and local/national tenders issued by individual European countries.

This is a hands-on role focused on research, proposal preparation, and coordination, working closely with internal technical teams and external partners in a deep-tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess grants and tenders across Israel and Europe (Horizon Europe, bilateral programs, local European country tenders).
  • Analyze call requirements, eligibility, evaluation criteria, and timelines.
  • Lead end-to-end grant and tender submissions, including:
  • Research and technical content
  • Administrative and formal documentation
  • Tight timelines and submission logistics
  • Work with multiple internal and external stakeholders (R&D, engineering, management, partners).
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and high-quality written proposals in English.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience in submitting grants and responding to tenders in Israel and Europe.
  • Strong experience with public funding frameworks and regulated processes.
  • Ability to understand and work with technical and scientific content.
  • Excellent English writing and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in deep-tech or advanced R&D environments.
  • Familiarity with quantum technologies – a strong advantage.
  • Scientific academic background, preferably a B.Sc. in Physics.
  • Experience working with international partners and consortia.
