HawkEye 360 is seeking an ELINT Analyst to join the Intelligence Engineering team. This hands-on role will support the Intelligence Engineering and Mission Management organizations by applying our data and developing new radar analysis capabilities to solve customer intelligence problems. This position reports to the Lead SIGINT Analyst.
As the ELINT Analyst, your main responsibilities will be:- Produce reports detailing characteristics of various radar signals and radar systems.
- Populate internal reporting database with measurements of various radar signal properties.
- Evaluate efficacy of collections and inform collection strategies.
- Support the Lead Signals Analyst in developing an intelligence framework as directed.
- Working with the Lead SIGINT Analyst, develop workflows to effectively analyze RF IQ data, and generate targets in specific AORs, for specific customers.
- Work with IMINT and all-source analysts to produce high-value intelligence products
- Using HE360 RF IQ to develop target database, emitter references and support multi-int approach to building a rich data-set as a service approach for core customers.
- Advise HE360 leadership on unclassified aspects of emitter identification to include cross-referencing industry/government catalogues/databases.
Location: This opportunity offers a hybrid office/remote or fully remote opportunities.
Your skills and qualifications:
Essential education and experience:
- Bachelors or Masters in Intelligence Studies or related field; or 10+ years of experience in related field
- Knowledge of tools and techniques to analyze a variety of signals
- Familiarity with RF theory and characterization of emitters
- Self-motivated, able to work well individually as well as in a team environment
- Eager to pioneer and develop new processes, methodologies, and workflows
- Ability to travel to corporate office for events (up to 10% travel)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite of applications, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook
- Basic ability to operate in a Linux environment
- Familiarity with USG classification guidelines pertaining to emitter notations, parametrics, and unique signal characteristics
- Ability to travel to customer location to support pre-sales endeavors and/or post-sales contract support (up to 25%)
