As a remote first company, we require minimum 25Mbps consumer grade broadband connection.
What You’ll Do
The Head of Demand Generation will own the global demand strategy, execution, and measurement across digital, campaigns, field marketing, events, and ABM. You will bring proven expertise in scaling programs and teams beyond the $100M ARR stage, with a strong background in field marketing and account-based demand generation. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives at both setting strategy and ensuring operational excellence with an eye on AI.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Growth: Define and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that consistently delivers high-quality pipeline aligned to company growth targets.
Campaign Leadership: Oversee integrated, multi-channel campaigns spanning digital, content, events, ABM, and partner co-marketing.
Field Marketing Ownership: Lead global field marketing programs that align with sales territories, enabling sales teams and accelerating deal velocity.
Sales Alignment: Partner with CRO and sales leadership to ensure pipeline coverage, lead quality, SLAs, and feedback loops are tightly managed.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and scale a world-class demand generation team with strong functional leads across digital, operations, and field.
Operational Rigor: Own demand funnel metrics, forecasting, and reporting, leveraging marketing automation and CRM systems to optimize performance.
Innovation: Continually test, measure, and refine new approaches to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across enterprise and mid-market segments.
What You’ll Bring
12+ years in B2B marketing with at least 7+ years leading demand generation at scale.
Experience leading demand functions in cybersecurity. Enterprise SaaS strongly preferred.
Proven success scaling programs at or beyond $100M ARR and driving measurable pipeline growth.
Deep expertise in field marketing and building sales-aligned regional strategies.
Strong understanding of marketing automation (Marketo, HubSpot, etc.), CRM (Salesforce), and data-driven reporting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.

In accordance with various State’s transparency regulations, we provide the following salary range information for this position:
Base salary range: $220,000-$285,000 annually. The exact salary will be determined based on the selected candidate’s location, qualifications, experience, and relevant skills.
Additional compensation: All full-time roles are eligible for an equity package in the form of stock options.
