About the Role

HUMAN Security is defining a new category: Agentic Trust — how humans, bots, and AI agents interact across the digital economy.

We’re looking for a Director of Product Marketing to lead positioning, narrative, and go-to-market strategy for HUMAN Sightline, our unified cyberfraud defense and Bot & Agent Trust platform. This role sits at the center of Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating complex product innovation into clear, differentiated stories that win in the market.

This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate at both the strategy level and in the details, shaping how we talk about the platform, how we bring new capabilities to market, and how we win in competitive deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the Sightline narrative within HUMAN’s broader Agentic Trust strategy, translating technical capabilities into clear business value

  • Own positioning and differentiation, building clear, defensible messaging that explains why HUMAN wins across accuracy, scale, and cross-functional impact

  • Partner closely with Product to translate the roadmap into market-facing stories tied to customer problems, market shifts, and business outcomes

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new capabilities and releases, including messaging, launches, and cross-functional alignment

  • Develop high-impact assets including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, solution briefs, and use-case narratives

  • Enable Sales with clear, differentiated storytelling for both early-stage conversations and competitive deals

  • Build and maintain competitive intelligence, including battlecards, positioning frameworks, and market POVs

  • Partner with Analyst Relations to align with industry narratives and strengthen HUMAN’s market position

  • Bring customer, prospect, and market insights back into Product and leadership to influence roadmap and strategy

  • Act as a thought partner across Product, Marketing, and Sales, driving alignment and clarity across teams

Qualifications:

  • 8–12+ years of product marketing experience in cybersecurity, fraud, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories

  • Proven experience owning platform-level positioning (not just point solutions)

  • Strong track record of bringing complex products to market and driving adoption in competitive environments

  • Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives

  • Experience building differentiated positioning in crowded markets

  • Demonstrated ability to connect product strategy, customer needs, and market trends into cohesive go-to-market plans

  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence without authority

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills across technical and non-technical audiences

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with bot mitigation, fraud prevention, or identity/security platforms

  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven systems or agent-based technologies

  • Experience working in high-growth or late-stage startup environments
