YOUR ROLE
As a Technical Program Manager within Customer Success, you’ll become the customer’s technical trusted advisor, providing insight, technical domain expertise, and design that support the customer's projects and programs in Immuta products. You’ll work with customer and internal teams to plan and provide technical guidance during our customer deployments, helping establish and measure key customer milestones resulting from your trusted advisor platform and helping introduce Immuta into their workflows.
You’ll be responsible for successful customer implementations leveraging your technical, project, and program experiences in deploying Immuta. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing customer deliverables while serving as a technical expert to help rapidly and accurately get Immuta integrated, configured, and deployed as a data governance solution in their environments. The team focuses on quality and speed, bringing customer installations to value as soon as possible in the right way.
While onboarding customers, you’ll work closely with Immuta’s Customer Success Architects (CSA) who will help guide the guide implementation to ensure the successful adoption and growth of Immuta within the customer organization. You will be comfortable working in both a program/project and technical capacity to help design customer installations, implement customer processes, and guide customers through technical challenges with the support of our CSAs. Further partnership will happen with your Customer Success Manager, who will be by your side throughout onboarding and manage the relationship once the project is complete. Some additional coordination will occur across the larger Immuta organization to manage sales handoffs, ensuring a smooth transition to a well-planned project. Finally, as a TPM, you’ll have the assistance & partnership of Immuta’s engineering teams. You will work with product and marketing teams to be a voice for customers, providing input on feature prioritization and fixing issues quickly and efficiently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • As a Technical Program Manager at Immuta, you will use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs and projects from start to finish.
  • You will have hands-on experience with one or more core technologies.
  • Have been a technical advocate and trusted technical advisor, providing customers with guidance and management over their managed cloud data platforms.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deliverables spanning external needs and internal teams, including addressing business goals of the engagement and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders and technical customer staff.
  • Have driven process and technology improvement strategies that reduce friction for the overall business and program while proactively addressing issues that help the customer realize value.
  • Have experience managing customer expectations, shaping customer use cases and plans, and managing feedback to internal teams to drive future product or service requirements.
  • Are experienced in developing and executing plans to integrate data, solutions, or products into the processes or workflows of external customers and/or partners.
  • Are outstanding problem solvers who can tackle challenges with innovative thinking and determination.
  • Will establish and maintain strong customer relationships, serving as the point of contact for all technical issues.
  • Can provide solution design in a pinch, troubleshoot technical issues, and build scalable business processes for managing multiple customers.
  • Will routinely partner with Sales to strategize on creating new opportunities within and outside of the customers they serve.
  • Regularly report on customer progress and project health, providing process improvements where needed.
  • Serve as subject matter expert for configuring and operating Immuta for security, privacy, governance and compliance use case solutions.
  • Develop, document, and deploy best practices for new and existing product features.
  • Guide the implementation of new solutions to enable adoption and growth of Immuta within existing customer organizations.
  • Attend customer calls, on-site meetings, and events to position Immuta as the technology of choice.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the customer’s analytics computing environment.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Must have Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
  • A BA/BS Degree (or equivalent) in technology, computing, or other related field of study; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience working in or with the Intelligence Community Directives, specifically on data management initiatives.

CORE TECHNOLOGIES

  • Understanding current and legacy data warehousing solutions and databases, including experience with SQL.
  • Cloud Data Architecture, Data Analytics, and Programming experiences are desired.
  • Knowledge of open-source software utilities such as Spark and Hadoop.
  • Understanding of data access through identity management.
