About the role: interos.ai is seeking an experienced VP of Sales to manage its Sales teams (Commercial and Federal) during a pivotal period of expansion. This position suits a seasoned sales professional who has led high-performing enterprise sales teams and is prepared to take on greater responsibility, shaping both strategic direction and operational execution. As VP of Sales, you will lead a team of enterprise sellers (both Commercial and Federal) while remaining closely engaged in AE coaching, deal strategy, pipeline development, and executive-level customer conversations. You’ll partner closely with company leadership to refine go-to-market approach, strengthen sales discipline, and build a repeatable, scalable revenue engine across supply chain–driven industries. This is a highly visible role with real impact — suited for a leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys coaching teams through complex sales cycles, and is motivated by the opportunity to help shape the next phase of company growth.
