About the role: We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer contractor to assist with pre-migration preparation work in advance of a vendor-led migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience administering both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and is comfortable working independently to clean up and inventory existing environments, configure the target Google Workspace environment, and support the setup of security integrations — all in close coordination with the migration vendor and under the direction of the IT Manager.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment: This is a fully remote role. The contractor is expected to maintain a professional, reliable home office environment with stable internet connectivity and access to necessary equipment.

Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role. Physical requirements include visual acuity, speech and hearing, and hand and eye coordination necessary to operate a computer keyboard and standard office equipment.
