As we continue to innovate in the observability space, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Product to lead our product strategy and drive the evolution of Mezmo's Telemetry Pipeline.

As the Senior Director of Product at Mezmo, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product suite. You will be responsible for developing and executing the product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, market-leading solutions to solve our customer’s telemetry data challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early stage product management, a proven track record of successful product launches, and the ability to navigate the intersection of technology, business, and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy and Roadmap:
• Develop and refine the product strategy for Mezmo's Telemetry Pipeline, aligning it with the company's overall vision and business objectives.
• Create and communicate a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones, feature releases, and enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution of the product roadmap.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages cross-functional communication and innovation.
• Market Analysis and Customer Insights:
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs within the telemetry industry.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback, leveraging insights to refine and improve Mezmo's Telemetry Pipeline offerings.
• Product Development and Launch:
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and updates.
• Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize development efforts and maintain alignment with product goals.
• Product Performance and Metrics:
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Mezmo's Telemetry Pipeline, regularly evaluating product performance against business objectives.
• Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize product features and user experience.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Product experience with 5+ years managing Product teams focused on Software or SaaS solutions.
• Experience in early stage SaaS startups.
• Demonstrated success in leading and launching complex products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment for both Enterprise and Cloud Native customers.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a deep understanding of telemetry, Security, or data analytics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.

Compensation: This role has an annual starting salary range of $260,000.00 - $315,000.00 + equity + benefits. Actual compensation is influenced by a various factors, including but not limited to your individual skills, experience, and location.
