Position Summary

Premise is expanding, and we are seeking to add a Customer Success Manager III to our team. In this role, you will enhance customer retention by implementing a sustainable service model and cultivating profitable, long-lasting commercial relationships for the company.

***This is an onsite position based out of our Bogota, CO office.

What You Will Do

• Foster and maintain sustainable, profitable business relationships through strategic development and ongoing service.
• Implement business strategies that enhance our value proposition for clients.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure optimal management of promised products, guaranteeing quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct regular visits to assigned clients to present management reports and highlight our value propositions.
• Monitor and follow up on action plans established with clients.
• Address customer requests, concerns, and requirements, ensuring a high level of responsiveness.

What You Bring Along

• English fluency
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering
• One year of experience in the market research industry or within consumer goods organizations (FMCG)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong public speaking skills
• Effective assertive communication abilities
