Position Summary
Premise is growing, and we are looking to add a Customer Success Manager l (Trainee). We are looking to optimize the retention of current customers by implementing a sustainable service model, fostering profitable and long-lasting commercial relationships for the company.
***This is a hybrid position based out of our Bogotá, office.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver compelling presentations and craft engaging stories that highlight key insights and identify opportunities.
- Maintain a service-oriented approach, ensuring frequent client contact to address requests effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations) to review best practices, refine requirements, and enhance customer service.
What You Bring Along
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, International Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in information analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level).
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on end-user engagement.
- Customer-centric mindset with consulting and commercial abilities.
