We are looking to add an Operations Analyst to our high-performing team in Bogotá, Colombia. What You Bring Along
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Proven ability to work independently, with examples of taking ownership and driving success in ambiguous settings.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, SQL skills, business intelligence tools (Looker, Power BI).
- Knowledge of and experience in optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness, including experience in problem-solving and the ability to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Experience with data analysis and an aptitude for data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to zoom out and understand the bigger context of your work.
- Enjoys collaborating with a team (either direct or across the business) to build on ideas, taking on feedback and contributing to others.
- Ability to be flexible, adapt and adjust to rapid change within a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
- Possess and maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach.
What You Will Do
- Support the implementation, execution, and optimization of core processes (e.g. collection format, tasking, dashboards) across all markets and ensure standardization globally for main commercial products within Latin America.
- Contribute to the design and deployment of a wide range of App-based data collection tasks (surveys and observational tasks) for a variety of consumer packaged goods (CPG) and related customers.
- Manage the execution of non-syndicated commercial products including spend tracking, collection progress, and contract compliance.
- Partner with our on-the-ground support to localize operations and brainstorm creative tactics for engaging Contributors.
- Work across teams to ensure successful launches of syndicated commercial products in new and existing markets.
- Support the day to day operations of Territory and Regional Operations teams.
- Conduct internal and external research and data analysis to optimize operations for the Core Operations Team.
- Play a role in developing and standardizing collection approaches for non-syndicated commercial products in collaboration with the Customer Delivery, Sales, and Product teams.
- Work cross functionally to build and develop new processes from start to finish within the company, including general research of best practices, documentation, project management execution, and process mapping.
