Position Summary

Premise is growing, and we are looking to add a Client Service Trainee to our high performing team. This position will be responsible for building best practices for product portfolio management, internal processes and continuous improvement model, based on a deep knowledge of the business to meet the end customer's expectations according to customer loyalty data analysis.

**This position is based in Bogotá Colombia.

What You Will Do

  • Execute the work plan established by account managers with assigned clients.
  • Understand the business model, from the construction of internal relationships with other work areas.
  • Make periodic presentations to your team, seeking to strengthen communication, negotiation and analysis skills.
  • Analyze databases, build reports and proposals based on market research results depending on assigned clients
  • Respond to requests, concerns or requirements, managing the optimal level of response to the client.
  • Research and propose new ideas focused on improving the client's market strategy.

What You Bring Along

  • Education: Professional or student in the last semester of industrial engineering, business administration, international relations or related careers.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year experience in commercial and/or marketing positions (internships apply).
  • Technical Knowledge: Office tools, intermediate Excel, power point, google tools.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to express yourself, passionate, dedicated, resilience, negotiation and persuasion skills.

  • Desirable experience and/or knowledge (internships) in mass consumption/retail companies and/or market research.
