Position Summary

Premise is growing, and we are looking to add a Customer Success Associate to our high performing team.

**This position is based in Mexico City.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure the loyalty of current customers and the acquisition of new ones, through a sustainable service model.
  • Execute commercial skills that drive the value proposition for our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with the budget allocated for sales and repurchase
  • Follow up with other areas regarding the management of the products promised to their customers, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Make constant visits to assigned customers to present management reports and value propositions.
  • Follow up on action plans proposed by customers.
  • Respond to requests, concerns or requirements of customers and manage the optimal level of response.

What You Bring Along

  • +2 years of proven experience in associate positions (Market Research Companies)
  • Track record in customer loyalty and retention
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Willing to make visits to different parts of the city
  • Professional in International Business, Economy or related careers
  • Analytical skills, Used to data-driven decision-making, metrics-driven and good with numbers
  • Budget management
  • You should have a strong understanding of Google workspace & Microsoft 365
  • Analysis of data bases, construction of reports and proposals.

  • Thorough understanding of an area decision-making process and the ability to understand business processes from different business areas
  • Professional skills in creativity, interpersonal communication, problems solving
