Position Summary

Premise is growing, and we are looking to add a Field Trainer to the team. We are looking for a professional to train and develop staffing and external field personnel, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and knowledge to collect information in a timely and quality manner.

***This is a remote position based out of La Paz - Bolivia.

What You Will Do

  • Develop training processes.
  • Identify the genuine needs of the field team technical and soft skills.
  • Create e-learning processes within U-Premise.
  • Coordinate training schedule with field leaders based on Premise requirements.
  • Act as trainer and develop Train the trainers
  • Design training plans for field People
  • Improve employee and external vendor people skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.

What You Bring Along

  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading training processes.
  • Professional in administration, social communication, psychology or related areas.
  • Effective presentations (good handling of the audience, good tone of voice, fluency)
  • Experience in training processes of massive and operative teams.
  • English B2

  • Advanced Office / Google Suite management (database management, pivot tables, basic functions such as search and conditionals).
