Who You Are
As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will design, build, and own the marketing tech stack to deliver more value to customers and improve internal efficiency. The ideal candidate is strategic, organized, and analytical in their problem-solving approach. You have a passion for analyzing inefficiencies, developing new processes, building reports that matter, and implementing solutions that improve the lives of your colleagues. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Marketing.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage Rhombus’ HubSpot account and marketing operation strategy with an emphasis on improving data cleanliness, segmentation, efficiency, and revenue.
  • Own and optimize lead ingestion, enrichment, routing, and lifecycle management-ensuring sales receives high-quality leads, quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain and optimize existing integrations, as well as evaluate and manage future integrations and 3rd party tools.
  • Improve marketing reporting and attribution models that provide a clear understanding of marketing spend ROI from lead to revenue.
  • Align closely with Sales Ops to optimize lead ingestion and ensure continuity, consistency, and cleanliness across our go-to-marketing systems and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Own and scale campaign operations, execution, and reporting across different marketing tactics such as tradeshows, webinars, emails, and direct mail.
  • Translate campaign requirements into scalable systems workflows, reducing manual steps and eliminating operational friction.
  • Act as the go-to expert for tools like HubSpot and Salesforce—supporting program setup, lead flows, integrations, and field mappings.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing to build scalable growth marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-5 years experience in a Marketing Operations role, ideally at a B2B/SaaS tech company.
  • 2+ years of experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot and Salesforce).
  • 1+ years of experience with lead routing tools and automations (e.g., LeanData).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals such as, lead funnels/routing, channel tracking, conversions, personalization, and email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex marketing projects, including but not limited to identifying and implementing new technology, developing lead generation campaigns, launching ABM systems, optimizing attribution models.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, develop new processes, and using Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) and other data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.) to inform decisions and connect the dots between campaign execution and company goals.
Location
This is a hybrid position based in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).
Work Authorization
Candidates must be authorized to work without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation
$90,000 - $115,000 USD
At Rhombus, we’re committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation that reflects the value each employee brings to our team. When determining an individual’s starting pay, we consider a variety of factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, skillset, and the current market landscape. Rhombus employees may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, including commission, performance bonuses, and/or equity in the company.
