Who You Are
As a Marketing Communications Specialist at Rhombus, you will play a key role in shaping the voice of our brand and ensuring consistent, compelling communication across all channels. You will develop messaging that elevates Rhombus’ presence in the market, enhances customer engagement, and supports business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content and campaigns that articulate our value proposition and strengthen our brand identity.
What You'll Do
- Craft and manage multi-channel communications — Develop high-impact content for email, website, social media, blogs, press announcements, case studies, product launches and thought leadership to reinforce brand consistency and support marketing initiatives.
- Drive content strategy and execution — Plan and execute content calendars, campaigns, and communication plans that support product announcements, events, demand generation programs, and corporate messaging.
- Strengthen brand storytelling — Translate complex technology concepts into clear, compelling narratives & case studies tailored to target audiences, including prospects, customers, and integration partners.
- Support public relations and external communications — Collaborate on PR efforts, including drafting press releases, coordinating media outreach, and managing announcements.
- Monitor performance and optimize output — Track engagement, reach, and effectiveness of communication efforts; provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve content quality and impact.
- Manage communication tools and workflows — Utilize content management, email marketing, and collaboration platforms to streamline content production and maintain version control and brand standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing communications or content creation in a B2B SaaS, technology, or security environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats.
- Experience developing content across multiple channels: email, web, social, long-form content, and campaign assets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO best practices, social media strategy, and analytics tools is preferred.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling and brand building.
Location
This is a remote position. Candidates must be located in the U.S. and able to commute to the office as needed.
Work Authorization
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation
$75,000 — $95,000
Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include uncapped commission, sales incentives, performance bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Further details about compensation for the role can be discussed during the interview process.
