Job Description:

Sam Seamless Network is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team as the first in-house bookkeeper. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment at one of the leading cybersecurity startups in Tel Aviv.

As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting aspects up to trial balance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing monthly financial closes, including recording accruals and prepaid expenses.
• Performing bank and credit card reconciliations, and AP invoices recording.
• Handling vendor payments and ensuring timely processing.
• Preparing monthly reports for institutions and tax authorities.
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Administering monthly payroll with an outsourced payroll controller.
• Recording employee travel and expense reports.

• 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll, preferably in high-tech companies (startup experience is a plus).
• Certified Bookkeeper Level 1+2 (Level 3 certification is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and NetSuite is a must.
• High level of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• A payroll specialist diploma is an advantage.
