Role Overview

The Digital Strategist will own the development and execution of Saronic’s digital content strategy across social platforms and web. This role will drive brand awareness and engagement by translating Saronic’s mission, technology, and milestones into compelling, accessible storytelling.

This is a highly hands-on role: the Digital Strategist will not only define what we say, but help create it—writing content, shaping narratives, and working closely with internal teams to capture and produce high-quality visuals and stories. The ideal candidate is both a strong strategist and a scrappy creator who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute a multi-channel digital content strategy across social media and web
  • Develop and manage the editorial/content calendar aligned to company priorities and milestones
  • Write, edit, and publish content across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, website)
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible narratives
  • Partner with engineering, product, growth, and leadership teams to identify and develop high-impact stories
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce visual content (imagery, short-form video, graphics)
  • Ensure consistency in voice, quality, and messaging across all digital channels
  • Monitor performance across platforms, including engagement, reach, and audience growth
  • Analyze and report on digital and web metrics, using insights to continuously refine strategy
  • Optimize content for shareability and audience resonance, with a focus on organic amplification
  • Maintain awareness of methodologies and best practices across digital storytelling to inform strategy

Qualifications:

    Basic Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of experience in digital strategy, social media, or content marketing
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
  • Experience creating and publishing content across multiple digital platforms
  • Experience managing content calendars and working cross-functionally to deliver content
  • Familiarity with basic content capture tools (e.g., smartphone video/photo, lightweight editing tools)
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in deep tech environments
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, CMS platforms, etc.)
  • Experience working in high-growth startup environments
  • Ability to operate autonomously and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to capture content directly when needed (e.g., on-site photos, behind-the-scenes moments)
