We’re seeking a systems-savvy and detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst to strengthen our finance team. You’ll ensure that financial workflows—spanning billing, procurement, manufacturing, and reporting—run efficiently and accurately.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build strong analytical, systems, and process skills in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You’ll work across teams to improve visibility into company spend, manufacturing costs, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations & Analysis
  • Support financial workflows across billing, procurement, and manufacturing.
  • Reconcile financial data across ERP and operational systems for accuracy.
  • Analyze spend and production trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare recurring reports and dashboards to inform financial decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Support
  • Partner with Accounting, Contracts, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement to maintainaccurate financial data.
  • Document and refine financial process workflows and controls.
  • Support projects related to system integration and process automation.
  • Procurement, Manufacturing & Spend Management
  • Track Accounts Payable activity and ensure clear visibility into spend across programs and manufacturing.
  • Partner with Procurement and Manufacturing teams to streamline workflows and improve cost tracking.
  • Support spend forecasting by consolidating procurement, production, and budget data.
  • Provide actionable insights into spend trends and production cost drivers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial operations or a related analytical role.
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Deltek, SAP).
  • Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills with high attention to detail.
