Job Overview
Saronic Technologies is shaping the future of naval autonomy. We are seeking a Services and Fleet Integration Manager to lead the development and integration of operational, training, and sustainment pathways that enable fleet-wide adoption of Saronic’s autonomous surface vessel (ASV) systems.
This role operates at the intersection of technical execution and field engagement: configuring systems, supporting integration and test events, capturing lessons learned, and providing critical feedback to improve fleet readiness. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with hands-on problem solving, excellent communication skills, and a disciplined approach to operational execution. The role demands an operator mindset, deep understanding of naval structures and processes, and an ability to align Saronic’s innovative technologies with the needs of manning, training, and equipping fleet operations.
This role is embedded within the Programs organization and works to support Saronic customers across COMPACFLT. The manager partners closely with Program Managers, Mission Services, and Growth to ensure every deployment is safe, efficient, technically sound, and meets current and future customer requirements. Success in this role is defined by the ability to build enduring relationships with fleet stakeholders, ensuring that Saronic becomes a trusted and indispensable partner in their readiness and operational missions.

- Serve as the fleet’s trusted point of contact for integrating Saronic capabilities into existing and emerging naval operations.
- Lead planning and coordination for deployment, sustainment, and readiness integration of Saronic resources at fleet locations.
- Establish regular touchpoints with command counterparts to synchronize operational priorities, resolve integration challenges, and identify opportunities for capability expansion.
- Represent Saronic during fleet engagements, training, exercises, and demos, ensuring close alignment between Saronic’s product roadmaps and customer needs.
- Act as an advocate for the customer within Saronic to ensure that fleet perspectives, challenges, and insights directly inform product and service decisions.
- Man, Train, and Equip Path Development
- Define, document, and execute “man, train, and equip” strategies that support operational availability and end-user readiness.
- Partner with internal teams (Mission Services, Product, Programs, and Growth) to ensure training pipelines, sustainment models, and field services align with fleet demand.
- Lead cross-functional integration efforts to align personnel training, maintenance infrastructure, and supply chains with Saronic’s deployment timelines.
- Translate end-user feedback into actionable product, training, and sustainment improvements.
- Operational Readiness & Support
- Collaborate with Engineering and Mission Services to build infrastructure that supports long-term sustainment (e.g., regional maintenance sites, spares management).
- Deliver concise technical reports and recommendations to PMs and internal stakeholders.
- Support fleet-level operational testing, troubleshooting, and readiness verification.
- Internal & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Capture operational data, lessons learned, and customer feedback during field engagements
- Maintain strong communication channels between field operations and internal development teams.
- Contribute to business capture and proposal development by defining service integration and sustainment strategies.
- Serve as the connective tissue between Saronic’s fleet operations and internal technical, operations, and growth teams.
- Ensure that customer lessons learned are captured and institutionalized through playbooks and standard operating procedures.
