Job Overview

The EHS Supervisor – Manufacturing position is needed to support the rapid growth and expansion of manufacturing operations in Texas. As production scales, new processes and facilities are introduced, and workforce headcount increases, dedicated EHS leadership is required to ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk, and support safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

This role will lead and develop EHS personnel, partner closely with operations, engineering, and manufacturing leadership, and oversee the implementation of EHS programs, compliance activities, incident investigations, audits, corrective actions, environmental programs, and emergency preparedness. The position will also help build scalable EHS systems and integrate safety into manufacturing processes, equipment, and facility design.

Qualifications

This hire is critical to supporting business growth while maintaining strong EHS performance. Without this position, the organization faces increased safety and compliance risks, reduced support for manufacturing operations, delayed program implementation, and limited capacity to scale EHS programs alongside operations.
