Inside Sales Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective students exploring our cybersecurity courses and programs. Your job is to connect with leads, understand their goals, and guide them toward the right learning path. You’ll play a key role in driving growth and will be supported by a collaborative team and a manager who is invested in your success.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS to qualify interest and educate prospects on our cybersecurity programs
- Understand prospective students’ goals and recommend the appropriate learning path based on their needs
- Schedule consultations and follow-ups to support the conversion process
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager to follow established sales strategies, scripts, and outreach cadences
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Achieve and exceed performance targets for calls, qualified leads, and conversions
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and lead quality
- Stay up to date on our program offerings and the cybersecurity education landscape
Experience/ Skills Required
- 1+ year of experience in a sales, admissions, or customer service role (ideally DTC or high-touch consumer environment)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable working with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Passion for education, technology, or helping others achieve career goals
- Bonus: Knowledge of or interest in cybersecurity or edtech
