Role Overview:

As the Learning Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role at ThriveDX by spearheading the development of a peer-to-peer instructor coaching strategy. Your efforts will enhance both the engagement and effectiveness of our foundational courses. This position involves improving instructor collaboration to boost organizational performance, identifying developmental opportunities through course observations, designing and implementing comprehensive training programs, onboarding new instructors, and addressing specific performance issues. You will be an essential member of the Program Performance Team, reporting directly to the AVP, EdOps.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Minimum of 5 years in training development

Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven mentoring and coaching abilities

Proficient in consultative marketing techniques within educational settings

Experience in startups or rapidly growing companies

Background in cybersecurity or software development

Effective communicator with instructors

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure optimal performance of instructors in foundational courses

Build and maintain strong relationships with instructors, aligning them with our organizational mission and vision

Lead the creation and implementation of a peer-to-peer coaching strategy among instructors

Develop a training strategy, including creating learning materials and monitoring instructor progress

Analyze student feedback to drive improvements and implement continuous enhancement strategies

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the instructor team

Ensure student learning objectives are met and maintain student engagement

Collect and analyze instructor feedback to identify training needs for individuals and groups

Continuously review course delivery through classroom video assessments

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure appropriate instructor assignments

Maintain positive organizational relationships and ensure instructors are aligned with company objectives

Position Details:

This is a remote position requiring flexibility, including non-traditional hours in the evenings as needed.

Full-time position operating on a four-day, 10-hour schedule to accommodate evening classes and operations.

Start Time: 11:00 AM Pacific Time (2:00 PM Eastern Time)

End Time: 9:30 PM Pacific Time (12:30 AM Eastern Time)
