Dataminr is seeking a Salesforce Professional with over 5 years of experience working with Salesforce and supporting a high growth go-to-market organization. As the Manager, Salesforce Development you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications and custom integrations with a variety of internal stakeholders. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities, as well as experience with Apex, Visualforce, and other tools and technologies used in Salesforce development. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt to changing business needs.This is a US based remote role.

The opportunity
Design, develop, and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions within Salesforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance CRM functionality, drive automation, and improve data integrity.
Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other internal systems using APIs and middleware tools.
Optimize performance and usability of Salesforce applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers and admins.
Define development best practices, governance, and release management processes.
Monitor and resolve system bugs, technical debt, and performance issues proactively.
Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, custom code, and integration logic.

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, SOQL, LWC, and Visualforce.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and data modeling.
Experience with Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Clouds in high-tech or SaaS environments.
Strong strategic thinker and problem solver with ability to work independently.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and a strong focus on delivering the best possible solution.
Self motivated with a high level of accountability and ability to execute on multiple and competing projects and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.

The annual base salary range for this position is $106,400 - $156,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity.
