Summary of Position:

We are looking for an experienced full-time Senior Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Expert to be based in our growing Heidelberg office. The role reports to the HR Manager EMEA.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain all online job postings on Onapsis Careers page, social media and job boards in both German and English
• Consultation with the hiring managers, design and develop effective job descriptions and recruitment strategies
• Support hiring managers in both the recruitment process and candidate selection
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Liaising with area employment agencies, advertising agencies, temporary agencies
• Manage the administration of employee onboarding and take all necessary steps to ensure a smooth and efficient process
• Support and contribute to employer branding activities and the implementation of current recruiting trends
• Participate in regional and global HR projects as needed
• When needed: Vacation and sick leave replacement for HR generalist tasks
• Maintain ATS (Greenhouse) to support a proactive sourcing and recruiting process to acquire professionals

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5-7 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience supporting all business functions (especially Sales & SW Engineering) in a software product company, preferably in cybersecurity
• Keen knowledge of and experience with direct sourcing methods utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience working in a global organization
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Team oriented work style
• Keen ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• A can-do and clear ability to take ownership of recruiting tasks and ability/desire to work independently
• Native German speaker with business fluency in English
• Solid experience working with applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse preferred
• Working proficiency with MS-Office & G-Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master ‘s degree is a plus
